Rosco is a 3-year-old Beagle mix. He was previously in a foster home and is now in the shelter. He is extremely sweet and loves people. Rosco was abused and is still frightened by some men. But, with the proper introduction, he would be fine. He LOVES to snuggle, play and be around people. He would lick you forever if he could. He loves to play with all dogs, but once in awhile he will become a bit protective. He would NEVER bite anyone. Rosco will simply give you a sign, telling you to “back off.” He knows basic commands and if he barks too much, he does stop to the word “enough.” He is also very good with cats. His foster mom had four cats and he got along with all of them.
