The Slightly Read Bookshop of the Back Mountain Memorial Library is once again offering its Annual Holiday/Christmas Book Sale. All Christmas books, including fiction and non-fiction, are “Buy one, get one half-price” for a limited time only. As all of the items in the Bookshop are in near-perfect condition, they make great holiday gifts for your friends or for yourself, to keep cozy on those long winter nights.
The PaperBack Room of the Slightly Read Bookshop (where you may select a full bag of paperbacks for only $2) will now be open only during regular Bookshop hours, which are as follows:
Monday – 1 to 7 p.m.
Tuesday – 1 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday – 1 to 7 p.m.
Friday – 1 to 5 p.m.
Saturday – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Psst! Don’t forget that the Library’s Second Annual Extravagant Holiday Sale is also quickly approaching. Brilliant offerings of holiday-themed decorations, as well as unique gift items will be available from 3 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4; 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5; and from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6.
The Reference Room of the library, located at 96 Huntsville Road, Dallas, will showcase a variety of the following items: Vintage ornaments, Christmas trees, wreaths/holiday floral arrangements/centerpieces, trains and train layout accessories, collectible figures, new and slightly-used holiday items and stocking stuffers.
This sale will only be offered for a limited time, so hurry in for the best selection (and best prices)
The library will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27 to celebrate Thanksgiving Day. It will re-open at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28 with regular hours.
