Junior attacker Lauren Slavoski had a match-high 11 kills and the Holy Redeemer Royals kept rolling in the Wyoming Valley Bolleyball Conference with a 3-0 victory over Dallas Tuesday night in girls’ volleyball.
Match scores were 25-12, 25-8, 25-5.
Dallas managed just six kills as a team and couldn’t stay away from the big run. Redeemer jumped out to a 10-2 lead in the opening set, and used a massive, 11-0 run to break the second stanza open. The third set didn’t start out well for the Mountaineers either, trailing 7-0 and 20-4 at one point.
