Courtney Richards, 14, of Dallas, is crowned Miss Luzerne County’s Outstanding Teen 2015 by 2014 winner Marina Maida at the Fifth Annual NEPA Scholarship Pageant at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Plains Township on Oct. 19.
Richards’ talent was Vocal and her talent title was “Part of That World.” Her platform is fight Against Hunger.
Richard was one of 12 teen contestants competing for this title and Miss Northeastern PA’s Outstanding Teen.
Allyson Sebolka, also of Dallas, competed for the title of Miss Northeastern PA.
