Penn State Extension Master Gardeners will hold their annual Spring into Gardening Workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 26 at Penn State Wilkes-Barre Campus, Lehman.

A plant sale and flea market will also be held, along with sessions on organic gardening, hoop houses and cold frames, selection and care of shrubs, pollinator gardening for bees, gardening myths, landscape design, vegetable gardening on a budget, and edibles among the flowers.

David Orbin, Ph.D., retired Penn State Professor of Botany and Master Gardener, will be the keynote speaker discussing how to recognize and control invasive plants. Master Gardeners will be available at the information table to answer your personal gardening questions.
