WEST WYOMING — Edward P. “Ned” Richards, 62, of West Wyoming, passed away Oct. 7, 2014, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He had family in Dallas. Funeral services were held Oct. 11 from the Metcalfe-Shaver-Kopcza Funeral Home Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Monica’s Parish, 363 W. Eighth St., West Wyoming.

SWOYERSVILLE — Michael Eugene Chocallo, of Milbre Street, Swoyersville, passed away on Oct. 8, 2014, at Riverstreet Manor, Wilkes-Barre. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen. DALLAS — Mary Joan Doran Pisano, 89, formerly of Dallas, died Oct. 4, 2014. Her husband, Anthony J. Pisano, died Sept. 7, 1983. Celebration of Mary’s life was held privately by her family. McLaughlin’s assisted Mary’s family with arrangements.

STATE COLLEGE — Thomas George Brown III, 37, of State College, passed away Oct. 8, 2014, at the Hospital at University of Pennsylvania from ongoing health complications. He had family in Lehman and Shavertown. Funeral services were held Oct. 13 in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 474 Yalick Road, Dallas. Arrangements were by Curtis L. KINGSTON — Katherine K. Naugle, 86, of Eley Street, Kingston, died on Oct. 10, 2014, at the Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas, where she was a guest. Preceding her in death was her husband of 50 years, Robert L. Naugle Sr., in 2004. She had family in Dallas. Funeral was held Oct. 14 at the Hugh B. Hughes & Son Inc. WYOMING — The world lost a beautiful woman and kind soul with the passing of Berdine R. Warner, 92, of Wyoming. She passed away peacefully on Oct. 8, 2014, at the Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dallas. She had family in Dallas.
