The Misericordia University Department of Residence Life will hold its annual Halloween in the Halls, a safe trick-or-treat event for children, from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Area residents are invited to take their children to the upper campus and visit a number of the university’s residence halls, which will be marked with decorations for easy identification. Trick-or-treaters can visit Alumnae, MacDowell, McHale and Monsignor Andrew J. McGowan residence halls. There will also be treats in the lobby of Gildea Hall.

The Residence Life staff will also sponsor a trick-or-treat fair and will provide a variety of Halloween-themed activities for the children, including face painting and crafts. The fair will be located on the first floor of Michael and Tina MacDowell Hall, the newest residence hall located just inside the North Gate of the upper campus.
