The undefeated Dallas girls soccer team will play its Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class AA quarterfinal at 5 p.m. on Saturday at Hamburg Area High School against District 1 champion Villa Joseph Marie.
The Mountaineers, who won Wyoming Valley Conference and District 2 titles, advanced with Tuesday’s 1-0 victory over District 4 champion Montoursville. Villa Joseph Marie shut out Conrad Weiser, 4-0.
Villa Joseph Marie is a private, Roman Catholic, all-girls school in the Philadelphia suburb of Southampton.
The game is the middle contest of a state soccer tripleheader.
Trinity and Christopher Dock are scheduled to play in Class A girls at 3 p.m.
Central Bucks East and Mechanicsburg are in the 7 p.m. Class AAA boys game.
Hamburg is located in Berks County, about halfway between Pottsville and Reading.
