Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. (LCHS, Inc.) announces an open recruitment from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 8 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Dallas for the Back Mountain Center and from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 23 at the Roslund Elementary School, 99 Digger Dr., Tunkhannock for the Tunkhannock Center.
