Several Back Mountain residents are involved with the Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre production of “Chicago: A Musical Vaudeville” which will be presented at 8 p.m. on March 24, 30 and 31 and at 3 p.m. on March 25 and April 1.

Chicago is, as we are told in the show’s opening lines, “a story of murder, greed, corruption, violence, exploitation, adultery and treachery – all the things we hold near and dear to our hearts.” This sharp-edged satire features a dazzling musical score and stunning Fosse-inspired choreography.

Back Mountain residents involved in the production include Madison Bradley, ensemble; S. Colin, Mary Sunshine; Gianna DeGraba, ensemble; Maureen Hozempa, ensemble; Amanda Kornak, ensemble; Hollie Major, music director; Joan Matusiak, Matron Mama Morton; Janelle Nemetz, ensemble; Amanda Reese, costumer; Cat Steinhoff, ensemble; and Shana Weinstock, Velma.

The Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre is located at 537 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Tickets are $18. Reservations can be made by calling 823-1875.
