Seminary to hold early childhood overview

Wyoming Seminary Lower School invites families to attend the Early Childhood Overview from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 29 at the school’s Forty Fort campus, 1560 Wyoming Ave.

Seminary presents Music Festival

The Wyoming Seminary Music Department will present a Shostakovich Chamber Music Festival, featuring the music of Russian composer Dmitri Shostakovich, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 31 and at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 1 in the Great Hall of Wyoming Seminary, 228 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, just north of Kingston Corners.

The festival is free and open to the public. For more information, call 270-2192.

Craft show set

The Lake-Lehman Band will hold its spring craft show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 31 at the Lake-Lehman Junior/Senior High School, Old Route 115, Dallas. Parking and admission are free.

Sem plans concerts

The instrumental and vocal work of Russian composer Dmitri Shostakovich, one of the 20th century’s most acclaimed composers, will be celebrated in a special concert festival at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 31 and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 1 at Wyoming Upper School’s Great Hall, 228 Wyoming Ave.
