WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County’s bureau of elections director was taken from the county courthouse by ambulance Tuesday afternoon.
Leonard Piazza complained of chest pains before his department’s presentation at Luzerne County’s budget presentation.
He was taken out on a gurney and into an ambulance. His department’s presentation was postponed.
