A Noxen man has been charged with homicide by motor vehicle while driving drunk in connection with a vehicle crash that killed a Plains Township firefighter in April.
Thomas Patton, 31, is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon before District Judge Michael Dotzel in Wilkes-Barre Township.
Wilkes-Barre police say Patton, driving a 1995 Dodge Dakota pickup truck, struck a 1991 Isuzu pickup truck driven by 60-year-old Robert J. Kubicki at Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and Butler Street on April 1.
