Participants of all sizes and shapes gathered on Church Street in Dallas for the Annual Dallas Kiwanis Halloween Parade and marched to the Dallas Fire Company building where the Back Mountain Business Association and other community sponsors provided refreshments.
ridget Goodrich, of Dallas, had the best eyelashes during the annual Dallas Kiwanis Halloween Parade.
