The Trucksville United Methodist Church recently welcomed 19 young people into membership on Pentecost Sunday. The students enjoyed a journey of faith with their mentors where they completed a journal on the Gospel of Luke, experienced other worship services, interviewed a Saint on their life of faith, volunteered for service projects and attended church committee meetings and a weekend confirmation retreat at the Wyoming Conference Sky Lake Camp and Retreat Center. Reverend Michael Bealla is the Pastor of Trucksville United Methodist Church. Mentors for the 2008 confirmation class were Bill Bachman, Lisa Banta, Reverend Michael Bealla, Ned Bessimer, Ian Hastings, Janet Kozokas, John Kozokas, Wayne Long, Morag Michael, Bill Race, Sandy Race, Paul Reinert, Phil Reinert, Tania Reinert, Judy Santora, Wayne Scott, Barry Wagner and Kelly Williams.
