The Lehman-Idetown United Methodist Women will hold their annual fall rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9; and from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10; at the church at 1011 Mountain View Drive, Lehman Township. Friday there will be a snack bar and bake sale and Saturday will be bag day. Homemade vegetable soup will be sold for $5 per quart. Call Ruth at 570-675-4519 with orders. Gently used items may be dropped off at the church basement until Wednesday, Oct. 7. Items not accepted are large appliances, TVs, non-working small appliances, Encyclopedias, textbooks, computers, rusted/broken bikes, exercise equipment, air conditioners, cribs, metal toys, or children’s clothing with metal zippers.
