DALLAS – The Office of Multicultural Education at Misericordia University is hosting the 2016 Diversity Student Leadership Camp from Sunday, June 19, through Saturday, June 25, on campus for high school students entering 10th, 11th and 12th grades. This year’s camp will focus on multicultural and cross-cultural diversity experiences as well as the college application and preparation process.
Participants will attend sessions on the college application and preparation process, including how to break down the barriers to college access, including SAT and ACT prep, and understanding the differences between grants, loans, financial aid and scholarships. Residence life for resident and commuter students is also addressed.
