Judy Kresky, early intervention program coordinator, Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services, was presented with the 2016 Ron Cowell Award for Excellence in Leadership in Early Intervention. This is a prominent statewide distinction given to someone who has had significant impact on early intervention public policy development and early intervention practices.
