Daddow-Isaacs Dallas American Legion Post 672 is sponsoring two high school students to attend Boys State. Eligibility requires students to complete their junior year and reside in Pennsylvania. American Legion Post pays the tuition of $175 per student. The students develop a working understanding of state and local government, political parties are formed, county and state conventions are convened, and each student becomes a ‘proactive citizen.’ Legion members and students, from left, are: Joe Ciaccia, Darlene Kupstas, Art Parks, George Tucker, Issa Dahdal and John Swett.
