DALLAS — Wyoming Valley Drug and Alcohol Services kicked off its SOBER (Slow on the Bottle, Enjoy the Road) campaign with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, Nov. 20 at the Dallas Shopping Center, Route 309. The event was attended by area school districts, politicians, organizations and community members and also included a proclamation by the Liquor Control Board. The campaign is supported by many community groups and organizations and aims to reduce the number of alcohol-related crashes during this holiday.
