KINGSTON TWP. — The children at Trucksville Early Childhood Education Center (TECEC) recently celebrated Read Across America Week and Dr. Seuss’s birthday.

The classes read Dr. Seuss books and then focused their activities around those books. Some of the activities included making Green Eggs and Ham, Cat in the Hat masks, and wearing their pajamas to school.

State Rep. Aaron Kaufer, Trucksville United Methodist Church (TUMC) Pastor Dick Williams, TUMC Associate Pastor Ian Hastings, and TECEC Board Member and former teacher Morag Michael were guest readers throughout the week.
