Early morning travelers can expect an easy ride to their destinations this morning.
Traffic on Interstates 81 and 476, as well as Highway 309, are showing no signs of congestion or heavy traffic, but there is some congestion coming off the North Cross Valley Expressway exit from the Wilkes-Barre direction.
Small spots of heavy congestion are being reported in Wilkes-Barre along E. Market Street and Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, while the West Side is looking congestion free.
