The Dallas Days Bicentennial History Committee is collecting vintage art, photos and memorabilia that depicts the history of Dallas Borough and Dallas Township.
Photos of schools, businesses and other landmarks such as at Fernbrook Park, the original fairgrounds off Hildebrandt Road; and old maps, farms, sawmills or dairies are of particular interest.
Old farm tools and other memorabilia are also sought for a display in May.
Art and photos will be scanned at the Dallas Township office at 2919 SR 309 Highway, Dallas, and returned to their owners. Memorabilia items will be photographed, registered for later use and returned.
