Some scattered areas of heavy congestion at various intersections could add some time onto the morning commute.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while some heavy traffic congestion is reported on Interstate 476 northbound a little south of the exchange in Dupont.

Scattered minor congestion is reported on Route 315, while Route 115 is free of traffic congestion.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.

Downtown, minor congestion is reported on Coal Street. Varying degrees of congestion are also reported at intersections of Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Hazle Street is also reporting minor congestion throughout the roadway with heavier congestion at intersections.

South Pennsylvania Avenue, North Main Street and North and South River streets are all reporting scattered areas of heavy congestion at various intersections.

In Kingston, scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
