Seasonally cold temperatures greet area residents today, with moderate winds that make it feel colder than it is.

The National Weather Service indicated that it was 32 degrees as of 7: 12 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.

The day is predicted to bring a high of near 35, with possible snow squalls.

An overnight low of 19 degrees is predicted with a 50 percent of snow showers.

Monday’s predicted high is 23 degrees, with an overnight low of 15 degrees.

Tuesday will be overcast with a high of only 26 degrees and an overnight low of 15 degrees.
