Commuters should have a smooth ride into work and school this morning, but some scattered areas of traffic congestion could add a couple of minutes onto the trip.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Downtown, minor congestion is reported on Wilkes-Barre and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevards, as well as Hazle, North Main, South Main and South River streets.
In Kingston, a mixture of minor and heavy congestion is reported throughout Market Street, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Wyoming Avenue.
