Aside from some scattered areas of traffic congestion, commuters should have little trouble getting to work and school this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476. Scattered minor traffic congestion is also reported on Routes 315 and 115.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some congestion is reported on the off-ramps.
Downtown, minor traffic congestion is reported on Hazle Street, as well as Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and Carey Avenue. Scattered areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported on North and South River streets.
In Kingston, Market Street is reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion, while Wyoming Avenue is reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.
