Aside from some scattered areas of traffic congestion, commuters should have little trouble getting to work and school this morning.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while Interstate 476 is reporting scattered areas of minor congestion. Minor congestion is also reported on Route 315, while Route 115 is free of traffic congestion.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.

In and around the downtown area, areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Coal Street near Highland Park Boulevard. Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, as well as North and South Pennsylvania avenues, are each reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion.

Elsewhere, South Main and Hazle streets are reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion, while North River Street is reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported throughout Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
