Commuters could encounter some areas of minor traffic on the way into work and school this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Route 315, while Route 115 is reporting heavy congestion in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.
The North Cross Valley Expressway, but minor congestion could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Downtown, scattered minor traffic congestion is reported on Hazle Street, along with Wilkes-Barre and South Barre boulevards and North and South Pennsylvania Avenues. Some heavier traffic is reported on East Northampton Street and Public Square.
Otherwise, more scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on North Main, South Main, East North, North River and South River streets.
In Kingston, areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
