Commuters could encounter some scattered areas of traffic congestion on the way into work and school this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476, while Routes 315 and 115 are free of congestion.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, minor traffic congestion is reported on Highland Park Boulevard.
Downtown, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, East Market Street, Hazle Street and North River Street.
In Kingston, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
