Commuters can expect free-flowing traffic throughout the Wyoming Valley.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 and Interstate 476. Route 315 and 115 are also reporting no congestion, while the North Cross Valley Expressway is reporting no signs of heavy traffic.
There is slight congestion at the Wyoming Valley Toll Plaza on Interstate 476, but traffic is moving. There is also slight congestion near Exit 4 of the North Cross Valley, traveling north.
Wyoming Avenue and roadways near the Wyoming Valley Mall are both reporting smooth traveling. Downtown Wilkes-Barre is free of major congestion, with the exception of Scott Street and Kidder Street.
The Exit 165 off ramp of Interstate 81 is slightly backup up at the intersection of Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard and Blackman Street.
