Scattered areas of traffic congestion should do little to delay the morning commute today.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Route 315 and 115.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Widespread areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on the South Cross Valley Expressway in the southbound lanes.
Downtown, scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Isolated areas of heavy congestion are reported on Hazle, North River and South River streets.
In Kingston, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
