Commuters in the Wyoming Valley will find free-flowing traffic in the majority of the area to start the weekend.

All major roadways, including Interstates 81 and 476, along with Route 315 and Route 115, have no reports of congestion this morning. The North and South Cross Valley Expressways are moving freely. The South Cross Valley Expressway may see moderate congestion in the construction areas.

There are several small areas of congestion on Wyoming Avenue from Kingston to Exeter.

In Pittston Township, the intersection of South Township Boulevard and William Street is seeing moderate congestion with heavy congestion reported on North Laurel Street headed toward William Street.

In Downtown Wilkes-Barre, there are a few small areas of congestion reported on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard as well as South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. There are no major reports of congestion near the square in the downtown.
