Some scattered areas of traffic congestion are reported this morning, which could add a couple of minutes onto the commute.
Heavy congestion is reported on Interstate 81 northbound near Dupont, and Interstate 476 is reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.
Scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Route 315, as well as on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Areas of minor congestion are reported in both lanes throughout the South Cross Valley Expressway.
Downtown, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Hazle Street is reporting some minor congestion near South Franklin Street, and isolated areas of heavy congestion are reported on Public Square and North River Street.
In Kingston, isolated areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
