The Wyoming Valley is virtually free of any major traffic congestion this morning.
Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Routes 315 and 115 are also free of congestion.
The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some congestion could be encountered on the off-ramps. Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on the South Cross Valley Expressway.
Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Otherwise, no other areas of traffic congestion are reported.
In Kingston, isolated areas of traffic congestion are reported on Wyoming Avenue.
