Traffic congestion at a minimum in the Wyoming Valley this morning

    Few areas of traffic congestion are reported in the Wyoming Valley this morning.

    Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Isolated areas of minor and heavy traffic are reported on Route 315, but Route 115 is free of congestion.

    The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is reporting scattered areas of minor congestion in the southbound lanes.

    Downtown, South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard is reporting heavy congestion in the area of East Northampton Street. Otherwise, the area is free of traffic congestion.

    In Kingston, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Wyoming Avenue.
