Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is reporting some minor congestion in the area of Laird Street and Motorworld Drive.
The North and South Cross Valley Expressways are each clear of traffic congestion in both directions.
In downtown Wilkes-Barre, there is minor traffic congestion on South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard in the area of East Northampton Street in both directions.
The intersection of Coal Street and Wilkes-Barre Boulevard is showing minor congestion.
Wyoming Avenue from Edwardsville to Exeter is free of heavy traffic congestion.
