Interstates 80, 81 and 476 all show clear travel from Scranton to Hazleton.
309 north does show moderate congestion for a short stretch near Shavertown, while U.S. 11 shows spots of moderate to heavy congestion near Luzerne, Pittston and Moosic.
Wilkes-Barre shows spots of heavier congestion on Hazle Street near Blackman, N. Main Street near Public Square, and along Highland Park Boulevard near the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.
