It’s going to continue to feel like spring in the Wyoming Valley, as sunny skies and warmer temperatures are expected to stick around this week.

The National Weather Service said it was 37 degrees at 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and mostly cloudy skies were reported.

Sunny skies will kick off the new week today, with a high near 48. Partly cloudy skies are expected tonight, with a low around 28.

Partly sunny skies are predicted for Tuesday, with a high near 48.

Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Tuesday night, along with a 30 percent chance of showers before 3 a.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected, and the low will be around 37.

Partly sunny skies are expected on Wednesday, with a high near 57. Partly cloudy skies will carry over into Wednesday night, with a low around 44.
