DALLAS — Mikayla Graham Wright and Amanda Holmes have been serving as interns at the Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Wright is a third year undergraduate student in Marywood University’s Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated Program. She has been working with Meadowss Dietary Director Arnold Black, learning his specific role inside as well as outside of the kitchen while completing her Food Service Internship.

Holmes is a graduate dietetic intern from Marywood University. She recently completed her 2-week choice rotation at the Meadows with Rebecca Sims, RD, LDN. She completed her long term care rotation in 2016 and will sit for her RD exam in the summer.
