Jack Zardecki, Jason Culp, Adam Borton, Josh Wyandt, Josh Jarden, Rob Martin and Stephen Postupak placed first through seventh, respectively, as Dallas went on to get wins against both Wyoming Area and Wyoming Seminary in a cross country cluster meet on Wednesday.

Zardecki finished first overall with a time of 17:12.

Host Wyoming Area was able to secure one win over Wyoming Seminary. Both Ryan Marvin and Joe Buczynski finished in the top ten for the Warriors.

Tigers win two

Although Dominic Hockenbury finished with the fastest time of the night, a 17:03, Lake-Lehman was unable to pick up any wins in a cluster meet that was held at Tunkhannock.

The Tigers picked up two wins with Jacob Toczko finishing third as well as Alan Grow and Ben Tidball finishing fifth and sixth, respectively. Tunkhannock also claimed the last three spots in the top 10.

Wyoming Valley West grabbed a single win and was led by Jake Kobusky, who finished with a 18:43.

Holy Redeemer hosts, wins

The Royals were able to secure two wins in a cluster meet held at Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre. Leading the way for Holy Redeemer was Aaron Hoda, who finished first overall with a time of 18:05.

Hanover Area was also got a win over Meyers at the meet. Stephen Dule finished fourth with a time of 18:48 as the best-placing runner for the Hawkeyes.

Nanticoke cluster meet

Berwick grabbed a win over Northwest during a meet at Nanticoke. The Bulldogs placed eight runners in the top 10 en route to their win. Ty Fisher finished with a time of 18:38 to take first place overall.

Ben Sersen, from Nanticoke, placed fifth among runners with a time of 19:37.

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY

Lake-Lehman sweeps

The Black Knights picked up wins against Wyoming Valley West and Tunkhannock during a cluster meet at Tunkhannock. Lake-Lehman was able to take 7 out of 10 of the top spots at the meet.

The Tigers also got a win during the same meet, they were led by Maggie Toczko with a time of 20:07, who finished first overall.

Rome leads Dallas

Ally Rome, who finished with a time of 18:47, grabbed first place overall and led Dallas to victories over Wyoming Seminary and Wyoming Area. The Mountaineers had seven runners finish in the top ten, including Rebecca Balzea and Riley Oremus who finished third and fourth respectively.

Redeemer, Hanover grab wins

Holy Redeemer runners took places one through five as they cruised to wins over both Hanover Area and Meyers.Lyndsey Williams, Olivia Greer, Molly Holmes, Alison Manley and Izzy Updike were the placing runners for the Royals.

The Hawkeyes were able to bring home a win over Meyers at the meet and were led by Kailey Orzechowski, who places sixth, finishing with a 25:03.

Northwest’s Jones leads the way

Katie Jones, from Northwest, finished with a time of 23:08 to take first place overall at a cluster meet held at Nanticoke. Northwest also had four other runners place in the top 1o.

Sam Dyer finished with a 24:47 and Hannah Gizenski ended with a 25:27 to take second and third place for Berwick.
