DALLAS — Enjoy the flowers of spring and summer with Mary Jasch, well-known area photographer and author, in her photography exhibit “Gardens, Tame and Wild” during the month of May at the Back Mountain Memorial Library, located at 96 Huntsville Road.

Jasch’s images of gardens capture the essence of artful design with a robust plant palette; others depict the unequaled beauty of nature. Her images have been published in magazines and newspapers including the Boston Globe, Backpacker Magazine and many regional publications. Her image of an old-growth black oak is currently included in the Chicago Field Museum of Natural History’s nationwide traveling exhibit.

Jasch has a degree in natural resources management from Rutgers University. She is the publisher of DIG IT! Magazine, the Art & Science of East Coast Gardening and the author of “Best Hikes with Dogs — New Jersey.”
